Ukraine records 6,796 new cases of COVID-19 infection, 17,202 recoveries over past day – Stepanov
Ukraine, as of Saturday morning, recorded 6,796 new cases of COVID-19, 17,202 recoveries, while 322 people died, Minister of Health of Ukraine Maksym Stepanov said.
"Some 6,796 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine as of May 15, 2021. In particular, 347 children and 233 health workers fell ill. Also, over the past day, 2,197 people have been hospitalized, 322 people died, 17,202 people were reported as recovered," wrote Stepanov on his Facebook page on Saturday morning.
