MP Honcharenko ruled out of order in PACE for three months

MP, member of the Ukrainian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Oleksiy Honcharenko has been deprived of the right to speak at PACE for three months.

"I has been ruled out of order in PACE for three months because of the denunciation by chairman of the Russian delegation Pyotr Tolstoy about the situation at the winter session," Honcharenko wrote on his Telegram channel.
