Ukraine's military security strategy approved by President Volodymyr Zelensky and the National Security and Defense Council envisages a possibility that Russia could unleash all-out hostilities against Ukraine and other states of the Baltic and Black Sea regions, the Ukrainian presidential press service said on Thursday.
"At the national level, the Russian Federation remains a military adversary for Ukraine... and employs military, political, economic, social engineering, space, cyber, and other means which threaten [Ukraine's] independence, state sovereignty and territorial integrity," according to the document.
