Mykytas served with charges on ordering kidnapping of company lawyer – source
Former owner of the Ukrbud company, the defendant in the case of the theft of the National Guard's property, Maksym Mykytas, was served with charges regarding ordering the kidnapping of a lawyer in Kyiv, a law enforcement source told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Today Mykytas was under investigation, he was served with charges as for ordering the kidnapping of the lawyer from a company in the capital," the agency's interlocutor said on Tuesday, adding that the former owner of Ukrbud was not late.
