Health Ministry recommends Ukrainians to refrain from traveling on New Year's holidays
The Ministry of Health recommends that Ukrainians refrain from traveling to other countries for the New Year holidays, Health Minister Maksym Stepanov said during a press briefing in Kyiv on Friday.
"The Ministry of Health advises to refrain from traveling to other countries for these New Year holidays. If you do decide to go, be sure to look for the information on this country concerning COVID-19, on the conditions of a visit to this country. All this can be seen on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs," he said.
In addition, Stepanov noted that repeated infections with COVID-19 are recorded in different regions of Ukraine. "These are people who were the first to get sick from three to five months ago," he added.
