OPORA: Election considered as competitive, held in accordance with legislation in general
The NGO Civic Network OPORA claims that the local elections in Ukraine on October 25 took place and mainly were held in accordance with the law.
"In general, the OPORA civic network determines that these elections were very competitive and took place mainly in accordance with Ukrainian legislation," board chair of the OPORA civic network Olha Aivazovska said at a press conference in Kyiv on Monday.
