Klitschko may win in first round of mayoral elections in Kyiv – source
Incumbent mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko may win in the first round of elections, gaining more than 50% of the vote, a source close to the territorial election commission told Interfax-Ukraine.
According to operational data received from precinct commissions after processing 67% of ballots, Klitschko is gaining about 51% of the vote, the source said.
The second place is taken by representative of the Opposition Platform – For Life party Oleksandr Popov - 9.4%, and the third - by representative of Holos party Serhiy Prytula with 7.7% of the vote.
