Exit poll of Rating on election of Kyiv mayor: Klitschko has 47.8%, Popov 8.6%, Prytula 8.3%, Vereschuk 8%
The incumbent mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, leads in the elections of the mayor of the city, some 47.8% of voters supported him, according to the results of the exit poll of Rating Group, presented in the press center of the Interfax-Ukraine news agency on Sunday evening.
The ex-head of Kyiv City State Administration, Oleksandr Popov (the Opposition Platform – For Life), ranks second with 8.6% of the votes, while deputy chairman of the Holos party Serhiy Prytula ranks third.
MP from the Servant of the People faction Iryna Vereschuk ranks fourth with 8% of the votes followed by Oleksiy Kucherenko, a people's deputy from the Batkivschyna faction, who ranks fifth.
The rest of the candidates received less than 5% of the vote.
The sociological group Rating presented several exit polls and the results of an electoral-behavioral combined study, which were carried out at 400 polling stations.
