Voting in general in Ukraine starts as planned – CEC head
The head of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Oleh Didenko has said that, in general, it can be stated that voting in Ukraine began as planned.
"In general, it can be stated that voting in Ukraine began as planned, with the exception of certain polling stations, which opened late, due to technical problems," Didenko said at a briefing on Sunday morning.
Local elections are held in Ukraine on October 25.
