Four polling stations for local elections in Ukraine not yet opened – Interior ministry
Four polling stations have not opened in Ukraine as of 10:00, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has reported.
"As of 10 am, four polling stations remain unopened – in Donetsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zhytomyr and Poltava regions," First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Serhiy Yarovy said at a briefing on Sunday in Kyiv.
According to him, 65 polling places failed to open exactly at 8 am.
