Ukraine records 2,462 new cases of Covid-19 over past day, 650 recoveries, 33 deaths
In Ukraine, as of Monday morning, 2,462 new cases of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) were detected, while 650 people recovered, 33 people died, according to data published on the website of the National Security and Defense Council's Coronavirus Epidemic Monitoring System.
A day earlier, on September 13, some 2,476 infected people were reported, there were 3,103 new cases of the disease on September 12, a new record of 3,144 cases was reported on September 11.
The number of infected people since the beginning of the pandemic was 156,797 on Monday morning, 3,211 people died from the beginning of the pandemic from COVID-19, and 69,543 people recovered. Now in Ukraine, 84,043 people are sick with COVID-19, which is 1,779 more than the day before.
The largest number of detected cases of COVID-19 over the past day was recorded in Ternopil (352), Kharkiv (269), Odesa (205) regions and Kyiv (168).
In addition, in Ukraine as a whole, 2,458 suspicions of COVID-19 disease have been recorded over the past day.
