Decree on appointment of Sytnyk as NABU Director is recognized unconstitutional – source
The Constitutional Court has ruled unconstitutional the decree on the appointment of Artem Sytnyk as Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) as, the court's source told Interfax-Ukraine.
"The decree on the appointment of Sytnyk has been recognized as unconstitutional," the court's source said.
