Ukraine reports 807 new COVID-19 cases, 926 recoveries in past 24 hours
As of Wednesday morning, 807 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases were registered in Ukraine, 926 previously infected people recovered and 23 died from the disease, according to the website of the National Security and Defense Council's (NSDC) coronavirus epidemic monitoring system.
Ukraine reported 546 new COVID-19 cases on July 7, 543 cases on July 6, 823 on July 5, 914 on July 4, 876 on July 3, 889 on July 2. The all-time high was registered on June 26 – 1,109 of new cases.
The number of active cases currently stands at 25,989, which is 142 cases less than the day before.
According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, the largest number of active COVID-19 cases per 100,000 population were recorded in Chernivtsi (274.4 cases), Lviv (215.8 cases) and Zakarpattia (183.1 cases) regions.
