Canada welcomes Ukraine as NATO Enhanced Opportunities Partner
Canada has welcomed the NATO decision to make Ukraine a NATO Enhanced Opportunities Partner.
"Canada warmly welcomes today's decision to make Ukraine a NATO Enhanced Opportunities Partner. Ukraine is a strong and committed partner in NATO operations," the Joint Delegation of Canada to NATO said in its Twitter microblog.
"An independent, sovereign, and stable Ukraine is key to Euro-Atlantic security!" the delegation said.
