Next stage of swap of captives started to bring 19 Ukrainians home

The next stage of a mutual release of the detained persons started in Donbas for Ukraine to bring back home its citizens, who became captives on the temporarily occupied territories.

"With regard to the quarantine restrictions that are still in force in the state, released Ukrainians will go for compulsory observation when are liberated," the President's Office reported on said on Thursday.
