Court of Appeal remands suspect in Sheremet murder case Kuzmenko in custody

The Kyiv Court of Appeal has upheld the preventive measure in the form of detention for children's cardiac surgeon Yulia Kuzmenko, the suspect in the murder of journalist Pavel Sheremet.

The court made such a decision at a meeting on Tuesday, thus refusing to satisfy complaint of Kuzmenko's defense against the decision of the Pechersky district court of Kyiv on the arrest of the suspect.
