Habinet appointed head of Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky by his decree appointed Dmytro Habinet as the head of the Khmelnytsky regional state administration.
The decree was signed on November 21, the presidential press service reported.
By another decree, the president relieved Volodymyr Kalnychenko from the temporary duties of the head of the Khmelnytsky regional state administration.
