Sharp rise in number of Donbas ceasefire violations regrettable - OSCE special envoy
The number of Donbas ceasefire violations has drastically increased, OSCE Special Envoy to the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine Martin Sajdik said.
Sajdik told reporters in Minsk on Tuesday that he unfortunately could not give a positive assessment to the observance of the ceasefire. The number of violations has sharply risen, he said.
