Ukrainian journalist Pavlo Sharoiko condemned in Belarus, pardoned, returned home
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has said that Ukrainian journalist convicted in Belarus, Pavlo Sharoiko, has been pardoned and returned to Ukraine.
"Another Ukrainian prisoner, journalist Pavlo Sharoiko, sentenced to eight years in Belarus, has been pardoned and is already at home in Ukraine!" Zelensky tweeted on Friday.
