Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatyana Moskalkova will arrive in Ukraine, the Russian Embassy in Kyiv reported.

"Yes, there is information that she is arriving with a visit for one day," the Interfax-Ukraine agency was informed at the Russian Embassy in Kyiv.

However, the purpose of the visit was not specified.
