Head of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Tetiana Slipachuk has said about the early parliamentary elections in Ukraine that can bi considered as accomplished.

"Parliamentary elections took place," she told a press conference in Kyiv on Monday.

There were no facts "calling into question this parliamentary campaign," she said.
