Mayorske checkpoint resumes its work - State Emergencies Service
The Mayorske checkpoint in Donetsk region, which on Sunday twice suspended its operation, resumed its work at 19:24, Head of the State Emergencies Service Mykola Chechotkin said.
"Pyrotechnicians of the State Emergencies Service finished inspecting the territory of the Mayorske checkpoint. A total of 12 explosive items were found: a 120 mm mortar mine, a 23 mm artillery shell, four 30 mm artillery shells, five hand grenades and a mortar mine. In 19:24, the Mayorske checkpoint resumed its work,” Chechotkin wrote on his Facebook page.
As reported, the Mayorske checkpoint suspended work on Sunday morning due to an anonymous bomb threat report. After the resumption of its operation, a 120-mm mortar mine was found and the checkpoint again suspended.
