The 21st Ukraine-EU summit began in Kyiv on Monday, the press service for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
Zelensky, European Council President Donald Tusk, and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker will meet without the delegations at the summit, the press service said.
Zelensky, Tusk, and Juncker will additionally attend a plenary session of the summit.
