Interior Ministry takes off ex-MP Ivaniushchenko from Party of Regions wanted list
Ukraine's Interior Ministry has removed ex-member of parliament (MP) from disgraced ex-President Viktor Yanukovych's Party of the Regions Yuriy Ivaniushchenko from its wanted list, the Kyiv-based Ukrayinska Pravda ezine has said.
The ezine said information about Ivaniushchenko disappeared from the ministry's database, despite the fact that last week the ex-MP was one of the top people on the wanted list.
Ukraine's National Police confirmed Ivaniushchenko was removed from the wanted list based on information from the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) in Odesa region.
