OSCE cannot verify withdrawal of forces in Stanytsia Luhanska
The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission cannot verify the withdrawal of forces at Stanytsia Luhanska, Deputy Commander of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO), Major General Bohdan Bondar has said.
"The OSCE SMM cannot verify and tell the parties that the withdrawal of forces and equipment in Stanytsia Luhanska took place in full, as defined by the framework agreements," Bondar told on the program Nyni Vzhe on the Hromadske TV channel on Thursday.
He also noted that the Ukrainian military possess information that the militants had withdrawn from positions.
