PACE in zombie state opens door to aggressor – head of Ukrainian delegation in PACE Ariev

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has given Russia an opportunity to return to the Assembly, the head of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada's delegation to the PACE Volodymyr Ariev has said.

"The PACE in a zombie state opened the door to the aggressor at 1 a.m. The battle will continue tomorrow for the sanctions which remain a possibility," Ariev wrote on his Facebook page on Tuesday.
