Peskov says is confident Putin will start meeting with Zelensky 'with right phrases'
The Kremlin has seen Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's remarks that Donbas and Crimea will be the first issues he will bring up at a hypothetical meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
"Indeed, we have seen what the Ukrainian president said in one of his interviews," Peskov said.
"I have no doubt that President Putin always starts any communication with the right phrases. If such a contact ever takes place, I don't doubt that he'll start that with the right phrases, too," he said.
