Court cancels NBU decision to exclude PricewaterhouseCoopers from register of auditors

The Kyiv District Administrative Court on May 29 canceled the decision of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) to exclude PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC from the register of audit firms that are eligible for bank audits.

"The court decision has not entered into legal force, and the NBU intends to contest it," the central bank said on its website.
