Poroshenko: some judges of Constitutional Court shift to new power, intend to annul e-declaration for officials
Some judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine have shifted to new power and plan to annul electronic declaration for officials, which was a condition for the provision of visa free regime with the European Union for Ukraine, candidate for the post of President of Ukraine, incumbent head of state Petro Poroshenko has said.
"Our team will protect visa-free regime, because some members of the Constitutional Court very quickly shifted to new power and now they are planning to declare electronic declaration unconstitutional, while it was the condition for visa-free regime. We will protect visa-free regime," Poroshenko said at his headquarters on Sunday after the announcement of the results of exit polls, according to which Volodymyr Zelensky wins the election.
