Poroshenko in favor of restarting Kyiv's District Administrative Court
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko is in favor of the earliest possible qualification evaluation of judges of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, which on Thursday declared the nationalization of PrivatBank illegal.
"I support the proposal of Justice Minister of Ukraine [Pavlo Petrenko]: I ask you to speed up the qualification assessment of judges, including in terms of good faith, involving, if necessary, public activists of the public council of good faith to restart the District Administrative Court of Kyiv and be ensured that it has finally passed the judicial reform," said Poroshenko at the meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine in Kyiv on Thursday evening.
