Presidential elections in Ukraine pass without systematic violations – CEC head
Tetiana Slipachuk, the head of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine (CEC), has noted that the presidential elections in Ukraine on March 31 were held without systematic violations.
"The elections passed without systematic violations, as evidenced by both the National Police and the observers. We can state that the will of the Ukrainian people has come true," she said at a briefing on Sunday evening.
