Poroshenko: Key element of runoff should be pre-election debates

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that before the second round of the presidential election the pre-election debates of the candidates should be held.

"The key element of the runoff should be pre-election debates," Poroshenko told reporters in Kyiv on Sunday.
