As of 16:00 on Sunday police receive 950 reports of voting violations – Interior Ministry
As of 16:00 on Sunday, Ukraine's National Police had received 950 statements and reports of violations during the regular presidential elections, the press service of the Interior Ministry has said.
“As of 16:00, police received 950 applications and reports related to the electoral process: in Kyiv region - 137, Dnipropetrovsk region — 90; Odesa region — 88; Donetsk region — 81; Kharkiv region — 81; Luhansk region — 41; Vinnytsia region – 34," the ministry said on Facebook on Sunday afternoon.
The ministry said complaints are mainly related to illegal campaigning – 82; bribing voters – 27, bulletin damage – 20, photographing ballots – 70 and attempts to remove the bulletin from the polling station – 8.
"Some 12 criminal proceedings have been initiated. In addition, the police have drawn up four administrative protocols," the ministry said.
