NBU files lawsuit against ex-shareholder of PrivatBank Kolomoisky in Switzerland
The National Bank of Ukraine on December 18 filed a lawsuit to the first instance of the court of the Republic and Canton of Geneva against one of PrivatBank's former shareholders, Ihor Kolomoisky, for a total of UAH 6.64 billion.
According to the website of the central bank, the filing of this lawsuit is the next step in court proceedings initiated in the Republic and Canton of Geneva in June.
