Poroshenko sends Rada bill on local elections during martial law
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has sent the Verkhovna Rada a bill that would amend legislation on the legal aspects of martial law with regard to the holding of local elections scheduled for December 23.
The bill was registered on December 3, according to a statement on the parliamentary website.
