Merkel hopes election law in Ukraine to stay intact
Meeting with Ukrainian MPs, German Chancellor Angela Merkel has voiced a hope that the election law in Ukraine will not be changed.
"I expect that the election law will not be changed," she said during her meeting with Verkhovna Rada's Speaker Andriy Parubiy and leaders of parliamentary factions in Kyiv on November 1.
Also, she said she had been informed about the changes in the personal composition of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine.
