Russia will do all to destabilize Ukraine before elections - Klimkin
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has said he is confident that Russia will use a full range of levers of influence and pressure on Ukraine in order to destabilize the country before the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections in 2019.
"Before the elections, before the presidential and parliamentary elections next year, Russia will do absolutely everything to destabilize Ukraine," he said at a joint press conference with Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz in Warsaw on Tuesday.
Klimkin also added that now Russia is purposefully trying to destabilize the situation in the Sea of Azov.
According to him, he discussed with Czaputowicz the provision of Poland's assistance in Ukraine's struggle against Russian armed and hybrid aggression.
