Diplomat Ruslan Demchenko represents Ukraine at TCG meeting in Minsk on Tuesday
Diplomat Ruslan Demchenko represents Ukraine at a meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group on the settlement of the situation in Donbas in Minsk on Tuesday, First Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Gerashchenko, Ukraine's representative in the humanitarian subgroup of the TCG, has said.
"The Trilateral Contact Group, as well as working subgroups, is meeting in Minsk today. Today, during this meeting Ukraine is represented by diplomat and presidential adviser Ruslan Demchenko," Gerashchenko said in Kyiv on Tuesday, when asked by an Interfax-Ukraine reporter who represents the Ukrainian side at the TCG meeting in Minsk.
She also noted that Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko would later appoint Ukraine's representative in the TCG since Ukraine's second president Leonid Kuchma earlier left this post.
