Kuchma announces his intention to withdraw from TCG when critical age reached
Ukraine's second President Leonid Kuchma (1994-2005) has said that he will complete his work in the Trilateral Contact Group for the settlement of the situation in Donbas when he reaches the critical age.
"I have already made a decision for myself long ago: when I reach my critical age, I will have to thank everyone who worked with me there [in the TCG], and leave, to give an opportunity to work for others," Kuchma told reporters in Kyiv on Friday.
He said he works in the TCG on a voluntary basis.
