Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, Hugues Mingarelli, notes the success of the decentralization reform in Ukraine.

The reform of decentralization in Ukraine really amazes with its successes. Thanks to the reform and decentralization efforts that have been carried out in Ukraine over the past three years, one can say without any doubt that the lives of millions of specific Ukrainians have improved, Mingarelli said at the conference of regional and local authorities for the Eastern Partnership (CORLEAP) in Kyiv on Monday.

According to him, the experience of Ukraine in the issues of decentralization reform is quite interesting and an example for other countries in the region.
