Ukrainian president delivers annual address in parliament

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is delivering an annual address to the Verkhovna Rada on the internal and external situation in Ukraine.

According to an Interfax-Ukraine reporter, the speech of the head of state began at 10.05 on Thursday.

Members of the Ukrainian government, representatives of diplomatic missions of foreign states and international organizations are present in the session hall.
