Kyiv reports 2 KIA, 1 WIA amid 25 enemy attacks in Donbas

 Russia's hybrid military forces have mounted 25 attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas in the past 24 hours, with two Ukrainian soldiers reported as killed in action (KIA) and another one as wounded in action (WIA), the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) Headquarters has reported.

"The enemy fired 120mm and 82mm mortars, various types of grenade launchers, heavy machineguns, and small arms. [...] Two servicemen of the Joint Forces were killed, and one sustained light injuries in the hostilities," the press center wrote on Facebook on Wednesday morning.

According to the press center, Ukrainian army positions were attacked near Stanytsia Luhanska, Krymske, Novotoshkivske, Luhanske, Yuzhne, Pisky, Novotroyitske, Starohnativka, Pavlopil, Hnutove, Vodiane, Lybidynske, and Shyrokyne.

Ukrainian intelligence said that three Donbas militants were killed and five were injured over the day.
