Eleven people, or two-thirds of the members, are needed to form a quorum of the Central Election Commission (CEC), including after a recent increase in the number of the CEC members, MP from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc parliamentary faction Oleksandr Chernenko has said.
"Under the law, the quorum is two-thirds. It is 11 members if rounded," he told Interfax-Ukraine in a comment on Tuesday.
Earlier on Tuesday, September 18, the Verkhovna Rada increased the number of members of the Central Election Commission from 15 to 17 members.
