OSCE SMM coordinator visits only several Ukrainian detainees in Russian-occupied Donbas
Coordinator from the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine, Ambassador Toni Frisch has been able to visit only several Ukrainians held in prisons in Russian-occupied Donbas, First Deputy Speaker of Ukraine's parliament and Ukraine's envoy to the humanitarian group at Minsk talks Iryna Gerashchenko has said.
"According to preliminary information, in the occupied area, Ambassador Frisch was able to meet with only several servicemen on the priority list we've submitted for visits and in support of our fellows," Gerashchenko wrote on Facebook on Tuesday, September 11.
