Tymoshenko says she will run for president, but won't merge with other parties
Leader of the all-Ukrainian association Batkivschyna, Yulia Tymoshenko, intends to run for the presidencyin Ukraine, but her team does not plan to unite with other political forces or support other candidates.
"Batkivschyna will not unite with other political forces. It will not support any candidate in the presidential elections either, except a candidate from our political force. We will take part as a united team - the Batkivschyna party - and, of course, I will run for the presidency," she said at a press conference in Odesa on Thursday, the website of the politician reports.
She stressed that she does not intend to "take responsibility for other politicians," so, she does not foresee any associations.
