The European Union has once again urged Russia to immediately release Ukrainian political prisoner Oleh Sentsov.
"The EU calls on Russia to immediately and unconditionally release Ukrainian film director Oleh Sentsov, on hunger strike for more than 100 days in protest against incarceration of Ukrainian political prisoners by Russia," the EU Permanent Representation to the OSCE said on Twitter.
As reported, Ukrainian ombudswoman Liudmyla Denisova appealed to her Russian counterpart Tatyana Moskalkova with a request to inform her about the state of health of Ukrainian political prisoners with the provision of supporting medical documents.
