Kyiv ready for any ideas on release of Ukrainian political prisoners from Russia
Ukraine is ready to consider any ideas regarding the release of Ukrainian political prisoners from the Russian Federation, Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin has said.
"We are ready for any ideas regarding their release ... we asked our friends and partners about the access of normal doctors, rather than Russian, international access, humanitarian release," the minister told journalists in Kyiv on Thursday.
According to him, in the near future a number of meetings will be held on the issue of the liberation of Ukrainians.
"I will not talk consciously anymore," added the diplomat
He added that the issue of the release of Ukrainian political prisoners would be raised at a meeting of the UN General Assembly in September.
