Pompeo in phone talk with Lavrov discusses Sentsov situation

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo during a telephone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov discussed the situation with the convict in the Russian Federation Oleh Sentsov, U.S. State Department Spokeswoman Heather Nauert said on Thursday.

"He [Pompeo] spoke with Sergey Lavrov about the Ukrainian political prisoner Oleh Sentsov, who has been on a hunger strike for more than three months in a Russian prison now. The Secretary noted our concerns about Sentsov's health and urged Russia to immediately release Sentsov and all Ukrainian political prisoners," Nauert said.
