Supreme Court refuses opening case to appeal against reprimand to Kholodnytsky
The Supreme Court of Ukraine has refused to open proceedings on the suit of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) on the abolition of the decision of the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors to impose disciplinary punishment on head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) Nazar Kholodnytsky.
"On August 21, 2018, the Supreme Court of the Cassation Administrative Court adopted a decision that refused to open proceedings in the suit of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine against the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission on recognizing unlawful and repealing the decision to impose a disciplinary penalty on Kholodnytsky," the press service of the Supreme Court said on Facebook on Tuesday evening.
