Poroshenko in phone talk with Merkel tells about necessity to immediately release Sentsov
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Angela Merkel has paid special attention to the issue of the release of Ukrainian hostages, in particular, the need for the immediate release of Ukrainian film director Oleh Sentsov, who has been on the hunger strike in the Russian colony for 95 days.
"Poroshenko paid special attention to the issue of the release of Ukrainian hostages and political prisoners illegally detained in the temporarily occupied territories and in Russia, in particular, the need for the immediate release of Ukrainian film director Oleh Sentsov," the website of the Ukrainian president said.
